Happy Thanksgiving 2024

CCWM Thanksgiving 2024

Dear CCWM Members / Bana Ya CCWM,

Today we celebrate Thanksgiving. I know many of us will gather around good meals with family, friends and Loved ones to say “THANK YOU” to the Lord for his goodness. Thanksgiving is the moment to reflect and to cherish life with one another, to discover our purpose on this earth. It also reminds us of the resilience the first settlers had when they moved to America. I believe we too can face uncertainty with courage and unity. As your President, along with the entire CCWM Leadership Team, we are deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve our community daily and for the trust you have placed in us. We don’t take it lightly and it’s a privilege.

I would also like to take this moment to Thank each one of you for the trust that you have given, the support that you have shown during our second term as we’re winding down this administration. I will always be accountable for your unwavering support and dedication. In the spirit of the holiday season, I encourage you to check on your Fellow Congolese members, brothers and sisters to be your family keepers with a phone call, visit or get together, because that’s the sign of Love. Let us continue moving forward together, with faith and hope.

With heartfelt gratitude, Happy Thanksgiving, CCWM!!!

Together We are CCWM Strong.

Sincerely,

Claude Kamana, President

Congolese Community of Washington Metropolitan (CCWM)
